An Agility Label reflects an organisation’s ability to transform working methods, adapt to ongoing change, and ensure higher quality products and services.
We conduct assessments that reveal each organisation’s agility and provide an Agility Label that denotes their current situation. That’s The Agility Way.
We are well into the 4th Rev. where automation, smart technology, and the blurring of boundaries between fields are transforming the workplace.
Companies that will succeed in this time must be flexible and open-minded: embodying a commitment to improve products and services through innovation of processes and methods.
The Agility Label is given to organisations who are assessed to be Level 3 or higher in the growth path table (see above). The assessment must be conducted by a consultant qualified to issue this label.
The consultant generally needs a minimum of 2 hours per week for 2 weeks for start-ups and small companies, and 25-30 hours per week for 2 weeks for large companies or departments.
This time frame is only for the assessment. Organisations who choose to engage a coach following the assessment to increase their level will arrange this time directly with the coach.
Following the complete assessment, the Agility Label is issued promptly—usually in the following week.
Improving an organisation’s level depends on the starting point and overall readiness for change. Generally, start-ups/small companies/departments need 3 to 6 months. Large companies or departments tend to need 6 to 12 months.
The assessment can be done remotely or in person. Many companies have done so remotely, and gone on to access remote coaching for their organisation.
Yes, while the criteria for moving from one level to another are the same for all companies, the process of working through the levels is always customised to suit the structure of the company, the complexity of the business, and any other unique factors.
The coaching path is designed to improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience in a company or department. Once companies reach Level 3, they begin to see clear improvements in internal management issues and ease of customer interaction. This is even more evident when reaching levels above Leve
The label is valid for one year after assessment. Every year following, an audit must be conducted to confirm the status of the label.
